Since 2010 Jaya Mertha Gunawan, as founder of Jaya Coffee Roaster, has been tied to coffee because he has to exercise and become a bodybuilder. However, a few days changed to make Jaya a coffee lover and deepen coffee. For him, a healthy lifestyle also starts with coffee.

Exploring then developing Coffee

The journey start from Bali. Exploring a lot of knowledge from book, farmer, roasters and barista.

After spending so many years with coffee and making friends with people in the coffee sector, Jaya finally found a co-founder and team . We have spent years together as family through a lot of research and wandering the world of coffee, finally we founded Jaya Coffee Roasters since 2017.

Every single bean we take care with hearth, hygienic, clean and keep sorting to get quality of coffee as our vision or company tag line:

Jaya Coffee Roasters support National and Local business. We also running some annual event in Bali & Digital regarding Barista Latte Art Competition, V60 Battle, Coaching Campus, Some Seminar and keep moving forward for giving coffee knowledge support to all needed.
